This is what the next six months could look like.

Keep scrolling. I will walk you through it the way I walk clients through it: one week at a time.

Day 0

You have done the plans.

The twelve-week challenge.

The app that buzzed at five in the morning.

The trainer who ran you through cardio circuits when you asked to learn to lift.

The meal prep that lasted nine days.

They worked. Until your life showed up.

Your life is not the problem. The plan was never built for it.

Day 1

You apply.

Five minutes. No essay. I read every application myself and reply within two business days.

Day 3

We talk.

Thirty minutes. No pitch, no pressure. I want to know what you want your physique to look like, and what your weeks actually look like. Then we work backward from there.

AriahTuesdays and Thursdays are the hard days, right? Late meetings?
YouAnd every other Saturday. I have the kids.
AriahGood. Then that is what we build around. Not the other way round.
Week 1

Your first block lands.

Written for your body, your equipment, and the days you actually have.

Four things arrive in the app. Every one of them is explained, and every one of them can be questioned.

Training

Three sessions. Forty-five minutes each. The dumbbells you own and the bench you keep meaning to use. Progressive, so it changes as you get stronger.

Nutrition

Targets that start from what you already eat. Tracking if it helps you, habits if it does not. Hate blueberries? Then no blueberries. The perfect plan is useless if you hate following it.

Form feedback

Film a set, send it. I tell you what to fix and what is already right. Better technique means better results and fewer injuries.

Weekly check-ins

Ten minutes on a Sunday. Then a written response from me, for you, not a template. This is where the coaching happens.

Month to month. No contract. Everything included.

Week 8

A bad week does not undo seven good ones.

We adjust and keep going. No guilt, no all-or-nothing, no starting over. Consistency matters. Perfection does not.

You · Sunday check-inBad week. Kid was sick, I missed two sessions and ate like a raccoon.
AriahThat is a normal week, not a failed one. Seven good ones before it still count.
AriahThe only question is what you can do with the time and energy you have this week. Not what you planned in January.
AriahTwo sessions this week. I moved the third to Saturday morning. Calories stay where they are.

It stops being something you do. It starts being something you are.

Nobody handed you this. You built it, one ordinary week at a time.

Month 6

You know why every set is there.

You could run this yourself now. That was the point.

Most clients stay because they like having someone paying attention. Some leave and run their own training for good. Both are wins. You are not renting a plan from me. You are learning to run your own. And when you reach a goal, we decide together what comes next. You do not have to figure out the next phase alone.

The one on the other end

Hi, I'm Ariah.

I did not start out loving the weight room. I was afraid of it. I ran miles on the treadmill and hid in the small room with the pin-loaded machines, working up the courage to walk into the main gym for exactly one exercise.

I bought personal training sessions to learn how to lift and got cardio circuits instead. Then an old-school lifter at my gym taught me how to actually train, and something clicked. I was already at a low body weight. Losing more was never going to give me the shape I wanted. I was undermuscled.

I did not need to keep getting smaller. I needed to build.

Somewhere along the way, changing how my body looked turned into wanting to understand why things work. I love the research and the patterns. I have taken my own goals a long way down the bodybuilding rabbit hole. You do not have to. I coach because I remember putting in the effort without knowing if I was doing the right things, and I want to be the resource I did not have.

How I coach
  • Your plan should fit you.

Your goals, schedule, preferences, history, equipment, and recovery all matter. Even the little things. The theoretically perfect plan is useless if you hate following it.

  • The other 163 hours matter.

Five hours a week in the gym is generous. Sleep, stress, work, and the rest of your life shape what we can do, so coaching is more than writing workouts.

  • Ask me why.

This is not a dictatorship. Why this exercise, why this change, why no change this week. I can explain every decision, and data serves you, not the other way around.

  • Consistency, not perfection.

When a week goes badly, my job is not guilt or "try harder". We look at what got in the way and decide what changes. You always know what to focus on next.

What it costs

One program. One price.

Nothing extra to buy, no upsell on the call. If it is not the right fit I will tell you, and where I can I will point you toward someone better suited.

$399

Founding spots left. The first 5 clients join at $349 a month, locked for 6 months, with a coach who has more time per client than she will ever have again.

Questions, answered.

No. I coach complete beginners and I coach women who have trained for years. Your program is built from where you are.

Then your program uses dumbbells. Your intake asks exactly what equipment you have, and I write for that. A commercial gym gives more options, but it is not required.

Most clients train three or four days a week for 45 to 60 minutes. If you can only commit to two days, we work with two. I would rather you do two days every week than plan four and do one.

Strength and energy usually change within the first few weeks. Visible physique change takes months of consistency. I will not promise a timeline, and I would be careful with anyone who does.

Not necessarily. Tracking is one tool. For some clients it is the right one, for others a habit-based approach works better. We decide together.

No. Billing is month to month. Cancel from your account whenever you want, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes, for up to 30 days once per quarter, for things like surgery, travel, or a hard stretch of life. Ask me in the app.

Something else? Message me or apply and ask on the call. Or read the full list of questions.

Ready when you are.

Five minutes to apply. I read every one personally and reply within two business days. Applying does not commit you to anything.
